PRODUCT TESTING CALIBRATION (TRACEABILITY WITH NATIONAL PHYSICAL LABORATORY, NEW DELHI)

Outside/Inside Micrometer upto 1000 mm ranges, Vernier Calipers upto 2000 mm range, Height gauges upto 600 mm range, Depth gauges upto 150 mm ranges, Angle protractors, Dial bore & indicator gauges. Slip gauge ( 0,I,II grades ). Verification of die interior minimum dimensions and plain length dimensions upto 120 mm range with 0.1 micron accuracy, Form and contour gauges, Thread checking Plug gauges, Pressure/Vacuum gauges, Torque wrenches and multipliers.

ELECTRICAL 

Complete test facility for items like GLS lamps, Drycells, Storage battery & Stationery cells with Micro-processor controlled Battery Life Cycle tester, Fans (All types), All Household electrical appliances, Iron clad switches & starters( excluding ON LOAD tests), Choke used for TL/HPMV/SV lamps, Dielectric strength and Volume/Surface resistivity & H.V. tests upto 100 K.V. for all kind of insulating materials, Temperature rise test (upto 1200 A) for O/H conductor with fixtures, tests of all kind of lamps and other items.

                                  



Voltage, Current & Power (AC/DC),Resistance and Insulation resistance, Temp. upto 2316 o C, H.V. Calibration upto 100 KV AC & DC, Digital Multimeter upto 4˝,Wattmeter and  Energy Meter both single and three phase. Thermocouples with furnace (On site), Bridges /Megger /Ratio Meter/ Techometer upto 20000 RPM.

Physical tests like Tensile, Compression, Shear,Bend,Hardness, Impact etc. on rawmaterials & products as per IS,BS &ASTM specifications, Testing of items like FRP, Plastics, wires, paper, wood, Rubber etc.  in microprocessor based computerised universal testing machine,  range upto 1 tonne force, Load test of C.I. & Concrete manhole covers, proof load test upto 1000 KN,

Metallographic analysis.

NDT  

X-ray Radiography testing for Welding,Casting & Forging as per ASTM & other relevant standards, Dye-penetrant test,Ultrasonic flaw detection.

 

                  

 



Tensile/Compression testing machines upto 2000 KN capacity with proving ring ,Hardness testing m/c. in Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers scale. Low capacity Impact testing machine at units’ premises, Shore hardness tester in scale "A" & "D", Performance test/Verification of Proving Rings & Spring balance upto 1000 KN capacity, Survey of Hardness standard test block in Brinell, Vickers & Rockwell "A", "B" & "C" scale.
